Plant-wide automation integration
From individual equipment to coordinated operations
Plant-wide automation integration plans unloading, storage, conveying, lifting, feeding and washing as connected stages of one operating process. Planning starts with material routes and site layout, then reviews equipment interfaces, control coordination and the target cadence of each stage.
New facilities can develop an integrated design alongside site planning. Existing facilities require an assessment of installed equipment and space constraints to define a phased upgrade. The illustrations show system layouts and process relationships. Project scope, configuration and performance are defined in the technical agreement.
